About Hunar

“Dignity of labour has to be our national duty, it has to be a part of our nature.”
- Narendra Modi

As per the studies and data shared by the International Labour Organisation and other agencies the average age of Indians will be 29 years by the end of 2021. It means a huge population of young workforce. A major chunk of this group is unskilled which creates a huge gap between demand and supply of skilled workforce.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna PMKVY is an initiative taken by the Indian government. The idea is to focus on up skilling or training our youth to learn new methods to earn their livelihood and give their contribution to our country’s growth. We need to develop new methods and approaches to cater to the needs of today’s demand. We need to increase our reach and touch every citizen who is present in every corner of our country and make them employable.

Hunar is committed and dedicated to achieve this dream with its innovative yet simple approach. Our approach to train people through short and meaningful videos is already making a change in the lives of many skill based workers. We believe that we can act as a catalyst to bridge the gap of “What it is” to “What it should be” in a scientific and cost effective manner.

Our key motive is to build an exhaustive platform providing easy access to quality learning anytime, anywhere for the unskilled workers. So that they can join the active workforce and contribute towards the economic growth of our nation.

A One Stop LMS & Training Platform covering topics from General Behavior, Financial Literacy & English Speaking to Extensive Technical video syllabus to perform work in the most efficient manner.

Let's join our hands in bridging this huge gap of demand and supply of skilled workers.

HUNAR IS THE FIRST EVER LMS PLATFORM DEDICATED TO THE SKILLED WORKFORCE
